Collaborative Law

Collaborative law is a resolution process where parties work together with their lawyers to find solutions. This process promotes the maintenance of strong and positive relationships beyond separation, so that families can move forward together even though the relationship has ended. The parties negotiate toward resolution in good faith during a series of four-way meetings, and utilize neutral third party professionals as required given the circumstances of each case. The collaborative law process can be a more efficient and cost-effective means of resolving the issues.
